Terms of Service

  • If tracking is marked as delivered, or attempted delivery there will be no refund or reship.
  • If your tracking is lost in transit for 14+ days we will reship to a new address. This EXCLUDES any packages returned to sender.
  • We require a video taping of the box being opened from ripping off the box tape to an unboxing of the product for any empty box claims.
  • Refunds and reshipments are handled on a case by case basis. They require patience and careful review by me.
